Ready To Ship: If you item was a RTS or Ready to Ship item they all ship in 1-3 Business Days. We ship through USPS which takes 2-5 business days for the arrival, however delivery date cannot be guaranteed. Due to the volume of orders received we do not combine shipping.
PREORDER or Made to Order: If you purchased a Made to Order item or a Preorder Item the listing will always be posted with a "SHIP BY DATE" this means you item will ship on "the date listed" or possibly before the date. Shipping times on these will vary depending on the listing from 2-4 Weeks. Please make sure you look for the "Ship By Date" on all made to orders and preorders. All made to order items Ship as they are completed. They are always completed in a random order. Ship By Dates are a "Guaranteed Ship Date" this means your item will ship on or before the date listed.
All orders Ship VIA USPS with a Tracking Number.
I haven't received my item but tracking says it has been delivered.
Unfortunately, we cannot be held responsible for lost or stolen packages. We provide tracking with every purchase, and thus can not help any further besides resending tracking information. We encourage you to contact your local USPS office.
We are not responsible for replacing lost or stolen items.
If your purchase was more then $100 your package will be insured. You will have to contact USPS to file a claim.
My package or product arrived damaged.
Unfortunately we cannot be held responsible for damaged packages or damage to products that occurred during shipping.
You can however contact the mail carrier and depending on the case they should be able to help you.
If your order is more then $100 it will be shipped with according insurance. You will have to file a claim via the post office.
If there is a defect, upon delivery, please contact us via email and we can discuss it with you.

Do you accept returns/exchanges
We have a NO refund NO cancellation policy unless something is wrong with your order upon arrival. Please E-mail us:

Please contact us within 3 days of receiving your order if there is an issue. After the 3 days, we are not responsible to accept any exchanges and or refunds. All Dresses, Rompers, Tunics, and Bows must be unused. Please contact orders@addisonrays.com before you ship your item for approval. If the order was our mistake we will send a return label via email. This will insure you that your exchange items make it to the proper place.
Upon receipt of the products we will send the replacement or a refund.
- Addison Ray's is not responsible for lost packages due to misspelled or typed addresses or names.
- Addison Ray's is not responsible for paying shipping a second time for items returned to us because of incorrect addresses / names. You will be invoiced for the amount.
- Addison Ray's does not guarantee shipping time via our carriers. Delays can and may occur.
ALL SALE ITEMS ARE FINAL.
